Tam's Revenge

Ingredients:
Ginger Tam's Liqueur
Fresh Lime
Ice
Ginger Ale

Drop two wedges of squeezed lime into a high ball glass, containing crushed ice. Add 5cl of Ginger Tam's Liqueur. Top up with cold ginger ale. Garnish with a fresh Scottish mint leaf.

Ginger Tam's is Scotland's strongest liqueur. At 48.5%, this is the perfect base for a whisky cocktail, with no need to add any other spirit or liqueur.
