Scottish Liqueur Centre – Supporting local industry

At the Scottish Liqueur Centre, we are proud to support local industry. Our liqueurs are produced using local ingredients; Bruadar is made using honey from Scarlett’s of Meigle, Perthshire, and Columba Cream is made from cream from Graham’s Dairies, in Bridge of Allan.

We also stock many other local suppliers’ products in our visitor centre, such as honey from Heather Hills Honey Farm, and Jewellery from Linda Lambert. Furthermore, at our Columba Cream Café in the visitor centre, give in to temptation and try our delicious soups and cakes made by a team of dedicated home bakers.

If you are interested in buying local produce why not visit Perth Farmers Market on Saturday 7th June? It will take place on King Edward Street, Perth and will start around 9am. From slabs of fresh red meat and slippery oysters to green, leafy veg to home made cakes, pies and wines - you will find everything you need to create delicious meals. If you're not sure what you're after, need to be inspired or want to know more about what you are eating, have a chat with the stallholders who can advise on ideas, cooking methods and traceability.
